What cookies and similar technologies do
A cookie is a small value a website or its infrastructure asks a browser to store and send with later requests. Other technologies can store or read information on a device without using a cookie, including local storage, session storage, and browser databases. What the publication itself uses
The site's application does not set cookies, start reader sessions, or write to local storage, session storage, or a browser database. It does not create a persistent device identifier. There are no audience analytics, advertising trackers, social media widgets, embedded third-party media, or measurement pixels.
Pages and visual assets are delivered from the site's own domain. The application does not install an offline worker or maintain a site cache, and its responses instruct browsers and intermediary infrastructure not to store copies for reuse.
The day and night appearance control changes the currently displayed page. Its choice is held only in that page's temporary memory; it is not saved as a cookie or preference record and resets when a page is loaded again. There is no need to provide personal data to use either appearance.
Cookies that the network infrastructure may set
Cloudflare processes the site's network traffic. Features active at that infrastructure layer may set operational cookies before a request reaches the site's application. Whether a cookie is present depends on the actual network configuration and the request. The following are documented examples, not a claim that every listed feature is enabled on this domain.

Any exception from consent must be assessed against the applicable law and the specific purpose. Optional advertising, analytics, or preference storage is absent from this application. Sponsor advertising
A page has one separate sponsor area. When populated, it displays static advertising material supplied by the publisher. It does not load an advertising network, external image, embedded frame, script, or tracking mechanism. The application does not record sponsor views or link clicks.

Your browser choices

There is no optional cookie consent choice in the current application because it does not perform optional device storage or tracking.
