The publisher and the publication

The site publishes general educational material about blockchain technology, its underlying concepts, and related digital topics. Its scope is broader than any individual article. Articles are made available for reading and discussion of their subject matter; they do not create a personal professional relationship with a reader.

Reading is free. The site has no membership, accounts, online forms, paid articles, checkout, or reader subscriptions. It does not request payment or require personal details to unlock its content.

Editorial independence and third-party names

The publication has its own identity and editorial responsibility. Reference to an organization, product, protocol, or public document identifies the subject being discussed. It does not indicate that the publisher represents, is affiliated with, or has received approval from that organization.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. They are used where needed to identify an educational subject or an attributed reference. The site's own presentation must not be understood as the official publication of another organization.

Articles identify their author and display their publication and revision dates. We consider relevant factual corrections and update substantive content when a correction is warranted. A date is not a promise that every external document or technical detail will remain unchanged afterward.

Permitted reading and quotation

You may browse the publication, follow its ordinary links, and use its content for your own learning. You may link to a page in a way that accurately identifies its subject and publisher and does not imply a relationship that does not exist.

An ordinary editorial or sponsor link may lead to another website. Following it is your choice. The destination is responsible for its own content and practices. A source link identifies an attributed reference; it does not mean the publisher controls that website or accepts its future changes as part of these terms.

Content accuracy and availability

We aim to present clear, accurate explanations with appropriate context and attributable sources. Technical subjects evolve, and a general article cannot describe every version, implementation, or reader's circumstances. An explanation should be interpreted within its stated scope and the date of its substantive revision.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure conditions, or circumstances outside the publisher's control. We do not impose a blanket waiver of remedies, a fixed damages cap for every situation, or an obligation for readers to compensate the publisher for any possible consequence of using a freely accessible page.

Where mandatory consumer rules apply, a term that is unfair or otherwise unenforceable does not become binding merely because it appears here. The European Union's explanation of unfair contract terms describes the protection afforded by those rules.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye to the extent a choice of that law is valid. This does not deprive a reader of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them, including protections that cannot be displaced by a choice of law.

Contacting us does not waive any deadline, remedy, right to approach a competent authority, or right to bring proceedings. The courts and authorities with jurisdiction are determined by applicable law. These terms do not require readers to use a single distant court or binding arbitration.

Revisions and interpretation

The displayed effective date identifies this edition. Changes will be published on this page with an accurate date and apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law. A revision does not retrospectively remove an accrued right or authorize a different use of personal data without the required legal basis.
