1. The company behind this platform

metaresults.org is published by RG MEDYA İLETİŞİM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in İstanbul, Türkiye under Istanbul Chamber of Commerce registry number 833115-0 and Ministry of Trade Central Registry System number 0879120126000338, established on 14 November 2024, with its registered office at Caddebostan Mah. Doğancılar Sok. No: 294, Kat: 6, Daire: 1, 34180 Bahçelievler, İstanbul. In these terms that company is referred to as the publisher, and Metaresults as the platform.

2. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the platform. By reading a page you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop reading and close the page. No account is created, nothing is purchased, and no continuing relationship arises from reading.

3. What the platform is

The platform is an editorial publication. It publishes explanatory articles about blockchain technology, written for a general readership. It is not a marketplace, an exchange, a broker, a custodian, a wallet, an intermediary, a directory, a comparison service, or a provider of any regulated activity.

The publisher does not hold, transmit, exchange or take custody of any asset of any kind on behalf of any reader, and does not carry on any activity requiring authorisation under financial services law in any jurisdiction.

4. The articles are information, not advice

Articles describe how technology works. They do not recommend, rate, rank or value any asset, product, provider or course of action, and nothing published here is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

In particular, nothing published on this platform constitutes or should be read as investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold anything, a valuation, a forecast, a rating, a comparison of providers, a signal, or professional legal, tax or accounting advice. Decisions you take after reading are yours alone. Where a subject has legal or financial consequences for you, obtain advice from a professional qualified in your own jurisdiction.

5. No affiliation

Where an article names a product, protocol, standard, specification or organisation, the name is used only to identify the thing being explained. Such use is nominative and descriptive. It does not indicate any relationship, sponsorship, partnership, certification, approval or endorsement in either direction. All trademarks, trade names and logos referred to remain the property of their respective owners, and no claim to them is made by the publisher.

The publisher provides no technical assistance, account recovery, customer support, consultancy or intermediation in relation to any third party product mentioned in an article, and does not represent any third party in any capacity.

6. Intellectual property

All editorial content on the platform, including text, headings, structure, layout, styling, generated graphics and source code, is the property of the publisher and is protected by the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (Law No. 5846) and by the copyright law of every country in which the platform can be read.

You may read the pages, print them for personal use, and quote short passages provided that the quotation is accurate, that Metaresults and the author are identified as the source, and that the quotation does not misrepresent the meaning of the original. Indexing, retrieval and quotation with attribution are permitted whether performed by a person or by an automated system, which is why no crawler is excluded from this platform. What is not permitted, without the prior written permission of the publisher, is reproducing an article in whole, republishing it on another site, translating it for publication, or reusing the body of work to build a service that substitutes for reading it here.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its server or any account or system connected to it;
• interfere with the availability of the platform, including by any denial of service technique or by automated requests at a rate that degrades service for others;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without the prior written permission of the publisher;
• introduce any malicious code, or use the platform to distribute any;
• use the platform in a way that misrepresents its content, its authorship or your relationship with the publisher;
• use the platform in breach of any applicable law.

Ordinary reading, ordinary search engine indexing and ordinary archiving are not restricted by this clause.

8. Accuracy and corrections

Articles are prepared with care and checked before publication, and each one shows when it was published and when it was last revised. Technology and the surrounding rules change, and an article that was accurate on its revision date may not remain accurate indefinitely. The publisher gives no warranty that the content is complete, current or free from error, beyond the commitment to correct errors promptly when they are identified.

If you believe something is wrong, write to contact@metaresults.org. Corrections are made in the article itself and described within it.

9. Availability

The platform is offered as it stands. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access, and may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of the platform, including individual articles, at any time and without notice. No reader acquires a right to the continued availability of any particular page.

10. Advertising

The platform is funded entirely by sponsored advertising placements sold by RG MEDYA İLETİŞİM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. Sponsors have no involvement in the selection, research, drafting or editing of articles, and no article is written, altered or withdrawn in exchange for payment. Any placement that appears on the platform is labelled so that it is distinguishable from editorial content.

The publisher is responsible for the placements it accepts, and applies these terms to them. A placement is not an endorsement of the advertiser by the author, and the presence of a placement has no bearing on the content of the article beside it.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of information published on the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability arising under mandatory provisions of the applicable consumer protection law. If you read the platform as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

12. External content

Editorial content on this platform contains no links to other websites, embeds no third party material, and loads no resource from any other domain. Where a sponsored placement appears it is labelled, is served from this domain, and carries no third party tracking technology; the publisher does not control, and accepts no responsibility for, the content of any destination a reader chooses to open from it. The publisher likewise makes no statement about any other website that may refer to this one.

13. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and storage on your device in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The revised version applies from the moment it is published on this page, and the date at the top indicates the current version. Continuing to read the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligation arising out of them are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in a Member State of the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and does not remove your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its commercial and legal purpose. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referred to in clause 13, constitute the entire agreement between you and the publisher regarding the platform.
